Retro Arcade — Privacy Policy

Retro Arcade is a paid game collection with no ads and no tracking. This policy says everything we do with your data — it's short because we collect almost nothing.

What we collect

That is the complete list. Your identity is anchored to your App Store / Google Play account through Apple Game Center / Google Play Games — Apple and Google handle that sign-in themselves; we never receive your email or password.

What we do NOT do

No ads, ever. There are no advertising networks or ad identifiers in the app.
No tracking or analytics. No analytics SDKs, advertising IDs, fingerprinting, or cross-app tracking.
No selling or sharing of data. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
No data collection from the demo. Playing offline stores scores only on your device.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. Purchase receipts are validated by RevenueCat solely to confirm your unlock; this uses an anonymous app user ID tied to your account.

Your rights

Delete your account any time in Settings → Delete my account. This permanently removes your player name and all scores from our servers, immediately.
Access or questions: email support@orbitoryx.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

We do not knowingly collect data from children beyond the same player name/scores above; no additional data is collected from any user regardless of age.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date. Given the app's design — no ads, no tracking, one-time purchase — we don't expect it to change much.
